AI training for St. Louis small businesses

AI is moving faster than you can keep up with. Book an hour and catch up.

I've tested AI tools every day since ChatGPT launched. Book an hour and I'll show you, or your whole team, what's worth using, how to set it up for your business, and what to ignore.

Sound familiar?

You're running crews, not testing chatbots.

Every tool you pay for added AI this year, and there's a new must-have app every week. You're on a job site, on a roof or managing people, and you don't have 40 spare hours to figure out which of it matters.

  • You pay for ChatGPT and mostly use it to write emails.
  • Your team is already using AI, and you're not sure how.
  • You know you're behind. You just don't know how far.
  • Every vendor says their AI will change your business.

That's the job I do.

I sort through this stuff every day, for my own business and for clients. You spend one hour with me and leave with the parts that actually help, set up on your own tools.

No slide deck about "the future of work." We open the tools and use them on your real work.

One rate, four ways to use it

Every hour is $125. You decide what it's for.

You're booking an hour of my time. Use it however helps most.

1

One-on-one deep dive

Just you and me. Pick a topic or bring a problem, and we go as deep as you want, beginner or advanced.

2

Team training

Your crew or your office on one call or in one room. I teach, demo the tools live and leave time for questions.

3

A talk for your group

Chambers, franchise groups, associations and company meetings. A real talk with live demos and Q&A.

4

Monthly AI check-in

A standing hour each month. Your questions, what's new, and what's worth adding. Stop any month.

"This is the worst AI will ever be."

The tools get better every month. A one-time training goes stale fast, which is why a lot of owners book a standing hour once a month: what's new, their questions, and what to try next.

Who it's for

Built for people who are busy doing the actual work.

Franchise owners

Running one location or five, with corporate tools you didn't pick and no time to learn new ones.

Trades and builders

Roofers, remodelers, HVAC, plumbers and contractors who are out on jobs and managing crews all day.

Small office teams

The front desk, the office manager and the sales team, all using AI their own way. Let's get everyone on the same page.

Groups and associations

Chambers, franchise groups and trade associations that want a practical AI talk for their members. See speaking.

How it works

A free call, then your hour.

Free 30-minute call

Where you are with AI, the tools you already use, and what you want to walk away with.

I build the session

Your level, your software, your examples. Not a canned course.

We do the hour

Zoom with screen share, or in person around St. Louis. You use it that afternoon.

Come back when you want

One time is fine. Many owners book a monthly check-in to keep up.

Who you'll be learning from

Hi, I'm Alex. I sort through the AI noise for a living.

I've built with AI every day since ChatGPT launched in November 2022. I run Alex's AI Automations, where I build automations and custom tools for St. Louis businesses, so everything I teach is something I use for real.

I spoke twice at the Founders Lounge Global AI Summit in St. Louis in 2026. Plain English, no hype, and I'll tell you when something isn't worth your money.

Fair questions

Quick answers.

How much does it cost?

$125 an hour, any format. One-on-one, your whole team, a talk for your group or a monthly check-in. The 30-minute call before your first session is free.

Is it the same price for my whole team?

Yes. You're booking an hour of my time, so it's $125 whether it's just you or your whole crew on the call.

Zoom or in person?

Mostly Zoom, because I'm showing tools on screen and you can follow along on your own computer. I'm in Overland, so I can come to you anywhere in the St. Louis area when being in the room helps. Same rate.

Do I need to know anything before we start?

No. That's what the free call is for. I find out where you are, what you already use and what you want to walk away with, then I build the hour around that. The quiz gives us a head start.

Will we use my own tools?

If you want to, yes. If your business runs on Google Workspace and QuickBooks, that's what we'll use for examples. Learning in your own setup sticks better.
